Return Policy

Thank you so much for supporting Pink of The Pines, A Lilly Pulitzer Signature Store. We are grateful for you and want you to enjoy your purchase. However, we understand that not everything works out.  
  • All Sale and discounted items are FINAL SALE.
  • We offer store credit or exchange within 7 business days on full priced items.  NO REFUNDS.
  • All bathing suits, jewelry, scarves, and special orders are final sale.
  • If a Gift with Purchase was received with your initial transaction, the gifts must be returned with the item that you would like to return.
  • Receipts are required of all exchanges and store credit.
  • All exchanges must be in the condition you received the item: unworn, unwashed, and with original packaging and tags attached.
  • All Christmas exchanged must be completed by January 2nd.
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

        Once your return is received and inspected, we will give you a call to notify you that we have received your returned item.
