Return Policy
Thank you so much for supporting Pink of The Pines, A Lilly Pulitzer Signature Store. We are grateful for you and want you to enjoy your purchase. However, we understand that not everything works out.

Final Sale Items
All sale and discounted items are FINAL SALE.
We offer store credit or exchange within 7 business days on full-priced items. NO REFUNDS.
All bathing suits, jewelry, scarves, and special orders are final sale.

Gifts and Receipts
If a Gift with Purchase was received with your initial transaction, the gift must be returned with the item you wish to exchange.
Receipts are required for all exchanges and store credit.

Exchange Conditions
All exchanges must be in the condition you received the item — unworn, unwashed, and with original packaging and tags attached.
All Christmas exchanges must be completed by January 2nd.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Costs and Responsibility
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

After We Receive Your Return
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that your item has been received.
