Shipping policy

We’re thrilled you chose to shop with Pink of the Pines. We do our best to make sure every package is packed with care and shipped with speed so your new favorite pieces get to you as soon as possible.

Processing Time
Orders placed during business hours are typically processed within minutes. We guarantee that any order placed by 12:00 PM (noon) will ship out the same business day. Orders placed after that time will ship the following business day.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate for orders under $150 

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $150

  • 2-Day Shipping: $25

  • Overnight Shipping: $35

  • Sale Shipping: $10

All orders ship via USPS. Express orders must be placed before 12:00 PM (noon) to guarantee on-time delivery.

Delivery Times
Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options will arrive within the selected timeframe once shipped.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for express orders.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order leaves our shop, USPS is responsible for its delivery. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number for assistance. We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for lost packages once they are in transit.
